Designed for land and property purchase and sale, principally to identify any indicated risks associated with past mining/quarrying activity. These reports are archive based and do not include a site visit. This service provides the client with a written report, together with an attached Ordnance Survey plan extract showing any mining features within the vicinity of the property. Standard turnaround is normally within 5 working days, although we always endeavour to work within any time constraints the client may have. The normal charge is £45.00 + V.A.T. , with an advised surcharge for larger areas. |
